I agree Ang! Tom and I walked this morning and it was over 80° at 8 am!! Ugh! We need rain so bad. Anyways, this is Wed July 4th and I've got my walk done!

Tuesday - didn't do anything. I went out to dinner with my parents and felt icky afterwards.

Wednesday - so far I've spent 2 hours at the Arch grounds setting up a vendor booth at the fair... lots of walking, lifting bags of ice, moving crates of beverages. I think that should count for one day of exercise :) I still plan on doing my Tai Cheng workout later today to cover another spot.

50 minutes today on the treadmill watching the Biggest Loser on Netflix with my Nook is pretty motivating. I can't believe walking on the treadmill kicks my bootay so bad these days. Well, if I keep it up, I'll be back to running and kickboxing like I used to be!

It IS, agreed! It's only 30ish minutes but MAN does that woman pack a whopper in a short amount of time. Do you have the DVD? Have you done level 2? I didn't like it at all the first few times b/c it's more cardio if I remember correctly and less abs. I plan to check it out again though now that I'm doing this DVD again in between others. I haven't decided to plunk any money down on a new DVD series, so I'm replaying the ones I have and rotating however I want to.

That one is a bit out of my league for now--INTENSE! Good idea to change up your video routines--recycle those oldies!

I got out and walked the track while the boys practiced some football drills--when I got home and checked out my pedometer, it was almost 14,000 steps in 2 hours! That's about 10K! Woo Hoo!

Half hour on the exercise bike tonight at the higher resistance level. The display makes it look as if I am burning twice the calories. :) I don't trust the display, but I'm sure I am working harder. I'm seeing some results in how my pants fit (which is a good thing, because we are going on vacation in 2 weeks and I need to fit back into my linen slacks a little more comfortably).

There will be no dogwalks for a while. Zigge's been badly bitten by another dog so he can't walk now.

It's the 5th of July and I haven't done anything yet!! That is terrible. Remember my goal to start running!! Well that went out the window and then my yoga has too! We have been so busy here. I have been doing other forms of excersice though
Wed. Took materials in truck to dump and had to dump it myself. This is loading a flat bed truck and unloading by hand!! 1 hour
Tues- Bought Shingles and loaded with help into truck. This was 10 packages of shingels They are so heavy!! 20 mins. Loading onto cart pushing cart and then loading truck and unloading truck. Maybe 30 mins
Mond- bought 6 sheets of plywood and did gardening for 1/2 hour. Again those sheets are heavy did this by myself :2468who-do-we-appreciate: I feel uber tough these days at the hardware store!! LOL
Sunday- Helped load a trailer with stuff to take to the dump!! 1/2 hour.
My legs hurt from all the bedning and lifting!!

Can you guess we are in renovation mode here!! So I haven't been excercising but I"m getting moving and that is what matters. I really want to get some yoga done but lately it's been kind of crazy around here and then after dinner I just want to sit and do nothing!!

Sounds like plenty of good hard exercise to me - functional getting things done exercise! I counted it all (will update the chart here later today).

That's the DVD set I want to purchase next! Oooooh, maybe I need to justify it NOW so we can do it together (and apparently cry together too) eeek!
