Today I did Jillian's 6 Week 6 Pack level 2. I almost want to weep too...with all the twists she has you do in both levels, my lower back muscles are protesting loudly!
As a testament to Chalene and Tony though, not to mention Jillian, my abs are fine. Go figure!

Thursday done! We dropped DH's truck off at the shop and walked home, about 3.5 miles uphill! We did it in an hour. I've been walking around town quite a bit lately to get in shape, but this was the first trek DH made with me. One of us is going to be very sore tomorrow--and it won't be me! :)

Thanks for the kudos, Gayle! Good luck with those linen slacks--I'm sure they will feel terrific on vacation!

I did Tai Chi, Yoga and weights on Monday but took the 3rd and 4th off. After 2 bbq's I figured today was a good day to start Insanity:)

7/4--walked to/from our parade viewing spot...more than 20 minutes in HOT weather

7/6--no promises. Already 90 here today and I've been fighting a migraine/sinus headache since Tuesday. I just need to chill.

Thursday I walked for two hours. Took the family on a walk to uptown. This should have taken me 40 mins but 1/3 of the way my DH was heading home and stopped us said he wanted to join us. So we all drove home so he could get out of work clothes and into shorts and then off we went. We had lunch and went to the library and sat on a field in a park and read for a bit and then headed home.

Today I didn't do anything. I just had to take my YDD to the x-ray and then to the dr's to get her real cast put on. What a day I spent 5 hours in total just sitting and waiting and now my hips hurt!! arghghgh.
