Turtle Brownie Ice Cream Dessert

It seems like a lot of us have been having some very hot and humid weather so I thought I'd share this yummy dessert - I may even have to make this into my July Monthly Contest layout entry

Brownies
1 Box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Fudge Brownie Mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Filling
2 quarts (8 cups) Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly softened
1/2 Cup Hot Fudge Topping, heated until warm
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Frozen (thawed) Whipped Topping, if desired

Gosh Sherry - sounds yummy even this early in the morning. My favorite dessert is brownies and ice cream so this takes care of both of them. Thanks for sharing.

Mmmmmmm let me see now .... 1002.3 miles from Michigan to Maine (IF I go through Canada) ... that is 19 hours 8 minutes from my house to yours ... If I leave now and drive straight through ... oh dear will need to make a couple of "fluid adjustment" stops .... will you have it ready about dinnertime Thursday?
