It seems like a lot of us have been having some very hot and humid weather so I thought I'd share this yummy dessert - I may even have to make this into my July Monthly Contest layout entry B)

Brownies
1 Box (1 lb 2.3 oz) Fudge Brownie Mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Filling
2 quarts (8 cups) Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly softened
1/2 Cup Hot Fudge Topping, heated until warm
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Frozen (thawed) Whipped Topping, if desired

Attached File(s)

Gosh Sherry - sounds yummy even this early in the morning. My favorite dessert is brownies and ice cream so this takes care of both of them. Thanks for sharing. :)

Mmmmmmm let me see now .... 1002.3 miles from Michigan to Maine (IF I go through Canada) ... that is 19 hours 8 minutes from my house to yours ... If I leave now and drive straight through ... oh dear will need to make a couple of "fluid adjustment" stops .... will you have it ready about dinnertime Thursday? :D
