Help
Something terrible happened at Nikki's aftercare. A little 5 year old girl was molested in the toilets by a 12year old boy on Thursday last week. Nikki was there that day. Where is your child safe today. We are all in such a state over this. Please say a prayer for this little girl, her family and for a safe aftercare.

I will certainly say a few prayers. How terrible! How do such young children even know about this kind of thing?

Oh my. That is just horrendous! I feel so helpless in these situations. And you're right, Belle. There really aren't any safe places anymore. It's hard to teach children to trust others yet be cautious. I'll be praying for you all!

This is sad on so many levels. We have dealt with this in our extended family and in ministry. The offender was most likely first offended and is now repeating, or was exposed in some way, possibly pornography. It is a deep and vicious cycle. Prayers do matter. Glad you have a place hear to share and ask for them.

My heart goes out to that poor little girl and her family. Prayers for all, including your family. It's so hard for us to imagine, but I fear that things like this have always happened--its just that more of them get caught now and it isn't kept as hush-hush as it once was. I personally fear that if a boy or man has that inclination, there is no real way to 'cure' him. I'd like to think that it is possible, but I fear not. Love to you and your sweet family.
