Cindy - I'll be thinking of you. Good for you listening to your body and we'll welcome you back next month to the "shred"
Nothing for me on Monday or Wednesday. Our schools always start with 2 full days on Thursday and Friday, then the next week (that's this week) they dismiss at 1:45 every day for mini-conferences with the parents. It wreaks major havoc with the time that I usually work out. I could have figured out an alternative, but it hasn't happened yet. *sigh*

Monday I jogged/walked in the cul-de-sac (30 min)
Tues we helped a friend move
Wed I jogged/walked 30 min in the cul-de-sac
