I know we're between charts, but I'm checking in to keep myself honest - 2 20 minute bike rides today - to and from preschool. With a nice big 'ol hill both directions!

Monday was walking & jogging (the 3rd)
Tuesday I walked.
Wednesday I walked & jogged.
Thursday I walked the kids home from school. (2 mi total)
Friday I walked & jogged.
Saturday I swam for 2 hrs (I made a point to do a lot of dog paddling while the kids played since it wasn't a good pool for laps).
