I've never noticed that one before. I guess I don't do much jewellery shopping on US sites

If it does, maybe there should also be a consideration for sulphur and sulfur :D

I'm planning on doing a photo a day project with my daughter next year so I'm currently putting together daily ideas and I've found another word that might in appear some of the transport kits; tire and tyre.

I love the international flavor of this community! We all learn so much! We need to embrace our international side more! :)

I've noticed from a couple of other posts mobile vs cellphone
the collective noun taking singular vs plural verb - I don't entirely understand the nuances of that, just that it exists.
sport vs sports.
in hospital vs in the hospital (but we say in jail, not in the jail)
jail vs gaol - is that term still in use?

Oscar Wilde and GB Shaw both said something along the lines of "Two Nations divided by a common language!"

And then there's program/programme and catalog/catalogue and check/cheque. Not really words we'd use in a layout though lol

That is a great line, although I think we've discovered on here it is more than two nations :)
