I missed Friday and Saturday. Yesterday (Sunday) I still didn't get in my regular workout, but spent all afternoon walking at the Renaissance Faire. What fun! Please use that to fill in one of my missed days. Thanks!

Oh, boy. I've been MIA. :dunno:

Please give me a mark for Saturday the 15th. We were able to get to our college son's cross-country meet--an automatic 10,000+ step activity! Then we drove a bit to meet our youngest two DDs for their marching band competition--another couple thousand steps pulling equipment on/off the field of competition.

Power went out this morning, so I was worried about getting my recumbent bike workout in, but when I got back from dropping DS off at preschool, lights were on. SO -- Monday √: 30 minutes on the bike

Sunday done (can't recall what though, ha!) Sunday night I did some yoga. Yesterday I did a walk/jog for 45 mins and Chalean Burn 3. Legs were on fire after that one!

Yesterday I did 21 minutes on one of the #1 Easy Trails with all the boys!

Today I did 43 minutes on the #2 Moderate Trail with the pups!

AND yes Valerie I am really enjoying the walks in the woods with my boys!

It's raining today so I didn't try the walk. I went on the bike instead, just about managed 20 mins before my ankle really started to hurt.

Wednesday done-45 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the bike. The gym was quiet and peaceful, so I stayed a bit longer than I usually do.
