Thursday done. 30 minutes on the bike at the gym. I tried the elliptical, but my legs just screamed at me to stop. I'll try it again tomorrow!

Valerie, I can do the chart next month. I've never done it before, so it should be interesting!

I'm going to need a bandage for another day or two. This cold is moving into my lungs and it hurts to breathe. Really, really hoping it doesn't turn into bronchitis.

Friday done, walked to the shops to get some milk, not the best idea I've ever had, 20 mins walk back carrying 12 pints of milk.

Friday, done! I tried a different elliptical today and did the 10 minutes! I wonder if the one yesterday had a resistance setting I didn't see....I also biked 23 minutes.

Saturday done....15 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the bike doing random hills. I also worked on some machines that focused on arms, abs and back. Then I tried the sauna for a bit. Man, it was hot!
