Can you tell today is day 1 of refocus. My medicine for my arthritis is finally kicking in and I actually feel human again (it's been a rough few months since this flared up) And as of today I have 25more lbs to hit my 140 lost goal, which has always been my goal since day 1. I'm determined to hit it!

I just got an email ad from Amazon with Jillian's Kickboxing Video in it. I love Kickboxing! Let me know how you liked it Angie!

Angie, I am SO glad your meds have kicked in - there is nothing like feeling good (or at least human) again:) The kickboxing sounds fun; let us know how it goes!
I"m wondering what's really behind my poor attendance record the past 2 months. Last month it was partly the whole summer-fall transition and partial days at school, etc. This month part of it was just general busy-ness, the fact that I've been on a roll with scrapbooking (I have chosen to do that in the afternoon for awhile instead of exercise), and that I am in maintenance, rather than ramp-it-up mode. I'm wondering if I bought a new DVD if I'd get motivated again or not? Hm...
