I'm doing most of my exercise walking the pups on the woods road by our house --- there are 5 different trails that I have assigned difficulty numbers to as follows:

#1 Easy --- fairly flat

#2 Moderate --- some mild hills and valleys and minimal brush to traverse

#3 Strenuous --- lots of undulation and brush to traverse

Today we did 42 minutes on one of the #1 Easy trails!

I did 30 min walking/jogging yesterday morning. Monday done.

Nothing yet today, but it will either be walking/jogging again or just walking. I think I am going to add weight training back into the plan this month too.

Missed Monday - I spent the day driving 13 hours from Illinois to Pennsylvania, and the only exercise I got was walking from the car to the restroom at rest stops. But I got today done!

Oooh, is it too late to join?

Yesterday, I did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike and today I took a 1 hour boxing class and am getting ready to head off to my dojo for a 1 hour and 45 minute class.
