#2 Moderate --- some mild hills and valleys and minimal brush to traverse
#3 Strenuous --- lots of undulation and brush to traverse
Today we did 42 minutes on one of the #1 Easy trails!

Nothing yet today, but it will either be walking/jogging again or just walking. I think I am going to add weight training back into the plan this month too.

Yesterday, I did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike and today I took a 1 hour boxing class and am getting ready to head off to my dojo for a 1 hour and 45 minute class.
