I can't remember if I checked in yesterday, but yesterday (Wednesday) and today are done for me. Weapons classes at the dojo - sword and knife techniques.

Forgot to check in this morning -- did 30 minutes on the bike. AND, I have been eating clean for 2 weeks, now (can you say YUMMY!?) and the scale is down by 3 pounds. Yippee!!!
