What a great idea! I have to admit that I've been a bit negative lately. This is a great reminder to change my attitude.

LOVE that October is Positive Attitude Month here and your article was just wonderful, Melanie! I think I can use a "direction in which to steer my attitude" this month so I'll be heading towards positivity too!
I carry a couple of positive attitude quote ATCs in my wallet too and I make a lot of them for friends as well. ATCs are my favorite thing to do and quotes are something I've been collecting for a long, long time!

I agree. I really enjoyed the article and was taken with how lovely her cards are! I have used the Lunch Notes in my son's lunch box but these affirmations are a great idea for Moi and boys. Thanks for the information!

I didn't know that either. It is great to have something to remind you to be positive. Since the start of the year I've written 6 lines every night in a positive / gratitude journal, however I like the idea of having positive sayings in places where I'll see them in the morning so I start the day off with the best attitude possible.
