Hmmm I am not sure either! I wonder if it will be there only when there are some items to retire and not all the time? I bet April or Angie would know for sure tho!

I think it's only there when there are items getting ready to retire. Since we just had that BIG retirement sale, I bet none of the designers have anything to retire. I assume it would be in the same place as it was before the upgrade, but I can't remember where that was, lol.
