Monday done...got the weight machine in and Turbo Fire, Fire 30 and Stretch 10. This will be my first full week of Turbo Fire. I did it a couple of days last week, but since I got it mid week I thought I would start full on this week.

I got 20 minutes of walking in on Saturday, but I shouldn't have.... it wiped me out. I'm sick again and this time it is hitting my lungs with a vengeance.

I don't know if you're doing one more update for October or not, but I did work out yesterday (Tuesday), just forgot to report - 25 minutes of stairs. Good hot sweaty work, lol.
Also got in a workout today - Chest/Shoulders/Tri (1 hour)

I didn't finish the month strong, but it was a good reminder even though I didn't check in daily. I did 2.5 hours of Physical Therapy today and then came home and crashed. I'm not feeling very well now so I hope whatever it is goes away fast!

Well, I have drawn a complete blank for this past week. Today was the first day since last Thursday that I have been able to wear a full shoe ( I have been wearing scuffs ) Last thursday I got a bad blister on the heel of my left foot and it became a little infected.. .not nice .. bit painful. So hopefully I will not get back into some serious exercising.
