Oh dear I fell at the first hurdle and forgot to post yesterday.

Monday 2 hours strenuous gardening (shifting barrow loads of compost, digging etc) hope that counts

Tuesday 1 hour swimming. mostly gentle exercise while supervising my grandson in the pool but I did sneak away to do a couple of lengths

Forgot to say, my chiropractor said my back is looking very good. I have an on going problem with my pelvis which was exacerbated with pregnancy. The aim is to get my appointments as far apart as possible but early enough to pick up problems before they happen. My next appointment is a month away.

I'm such a slacker. Instead of working out today, I went back to bed and slept for 3 hours. I'm not sure what my problem is, but I have no energy. Not setting a good example, am I?

I am headed out of town Thursday evening and not bringing my laptop. I'll be home late Friday night, so I'll update the chart on Saturday. I don't want anyone to panic!

I'm afraid I havent achieved today. Heavy rain overnight prevented me from getting out into the garden for another round of digging and shifting. Although I was busy all day it hardly counts as exercise. I will catch up over the weekend.
