You get to choose how you want the embellishments placed, but the basic design is what you see in the marketing image. You'll want to check out Cards and Crafts Templates. If you want just blank card templates, here are a few you may want to look at: ScrapSimple Card Templates: 5x5 Square ScrapSimple Card Templates: 5.5x4.25 Curvy ScrapSimple Card Templates: 5.5x4.25 Basic ScrapSimple Card Templates: 4x6 Fancy Photo There are others in the boutique here: Cards and Crafts Templates and you might want to check the ScrapSimple Layout Templates.
