In the Assemble Your Own Cards,can the templates be used for other cards? Or are they already decorated for Christmas or Birthday or others? I need something with just a plain template to use as I need

The AYO cards are already decorated by the designers. You get to choose how you want the embellishments placed, but the basic design is what you see in the marketing image. You'll want to check out Cards and Crafts Templates. That category has templates that you can decorate yourself using a variety of collections.

The Assemble Your Own Cards are already decorated. If you want just blank card templates, here are a few you may want to look at:
