DH's daughter Emilie with family came for dinner today. Little Thea (2 years in December) was wearing a t-shirt with the text "Storasyster" which means Big sister. That was their way to tell there is a new baby coming.
Even though Emilie is not my daughter I see Thea as my Grandchild.
I'm so happy and excited!

UPDATE:
The little baby girl arrived early this morning! Everybody's fine, can't wait to see her!

what happy news for you! Congratulations!
One of the women in our church brought her granddaughter wearing a shirt like that to announce their news of a baby on the way. The future big sisters really have fun with it!

Congratulations! We did that, too. My older dd was 2 and we had her wear a "I'm the Big Sister" shirt to visit the grandparents. They commented on the cute shirt, but didn't *get* what it meant, lol!
