Help
My son received a call from the sheriff today. His estranged wife filed an assault charge against him. I was there at the alleged time and there was no assault. She left him for an older man one year ago and is now on boyfriend #2. He was awarded custody of the two little ones and she doesn't like it. Please pray that the charges are dropped; it could mean a misdemeaner and his loosing his kids who are healthy, happy, loved and well adjusted. It has been a horrid year. Thanks in advance.

My nephew was in a similar situation last year. Just stand on God's promise of Ps. 5:11 & 12 and believe that truth will prevail. The charges were dropped against my nephew!!

She sounds like my DIL. And all she wants the boys for is the child support. Prayers going up for you all. Hang tough!

I am totally humbled by the wonderful support. Thank you so much. All has stabilized. Fortunately, he has a good reputation in this town (she does not) and he was released quickly. He has a court date, and it will be handled by the DA's office. In this case...a good choice. After the court date, he can file for a restraining order against her since she really just wants to cause trouble. Thank you. You are the reason this has begun to resolve so quickly. The kids are happy and safe with daddy....they do not want to go to mommy. It is so sad!
