Looking at the way this template was designed, those title layers are not active text boxes. So there is no way to change what they say. They are just there as placeholders to give you an idea of where to place your title. Instead, you will need to hide or delete those layers, and then add your own text boxes As far as matching those fonts, it won't be possible unless you recognize them installed on your computer. I left you some love on your layout in the gallery:) The fonts I used are rabbit ears and Webster. Both can be found with an internet search I think.
