What about joining in now, but not having the reveal until end of January. As for a theme, best I can think of right now are Surprise or something to do with resolutions.

I like the idea of not doing the reveal until later in January. We'll be going out of town so I don't think I would be able to get something done by the end of December. But if you want to continue on, I'd just join in next month. I'm good with whatever.
