In PSE, highlight your text block, and then hit control/shift/J. They don't tell you, but it works to justify both sides of your block of text.

I just played with it a little bit in PSE 9 and it didn't seem to work for me either.

Did you have both sides with a guide or text block? I've only done it once, but it worked in a text block.

I wonder if this works in CS6? I'll have to give it a try later.

I just learned about this too. The secret is you have to type your text in a text box or it won't work. If you just type your text on a journalling block or your background without drawing out the text box first it won't work. I was trying it on text that I just typed on the background and could never get it to work. Then I read about the text box, tried it and it works like a charm!
