Went to have a physical 2 weeks ago and my lab numbers are not good.

Carla, I got in a Sunday work-out, so you could you fill in my Monday slot and give me a band-aid for Tuesday...the scourge is upon us, I'm afraid! (On the bright side, we all may be healthy by Christmas!

Not much Yesterday, I was at the hospital with Lauren, lots of walking but long spells of sitting in between.

I have been so bad!! I haven't done much but yesterday I raked up the yard in the rain to boot. Took me only 1/2 hour but boy was I tired afterwards!! LOL .
