I'm cool with starting either the 31st or 1st, and if you need a break from charting, I'll volunteer:) (Of course I'll be thrilled if you keep it up instead;)
I too hope to get my behind in better gear for the new year, but like Carla said, I've been busy this month, just not with formal exercise. Some of it has been sitting here working on the computer, but a good portion has been more active - walking around shopping, standing around cooking/baking, hauling Christmas boxes up and down the stairs, etc. So calories have been burned, whether it was for a formal 20 minute period or not.
