Friday, lots of walking at the hospital, a good 30 mins back and forth between departments.
Saturday, walked Ben to respite.
Sunday, brisk walk to the shops, just about 20 mins.
Should get plenty in tomorrow, back to the hospital with Lauren.

Anyway, here is the recap of my workouts:
Monday (19th): A big fat ZERO
Tuesday: Dojo
Wednesday: Dojo
Thursday: 1.5 hour hike
Friday: 1 hour hike
Saturday: 1/2 hour walk
Sunday: Nothing

Yesterday I raked the leaves took an hour and I only did one yard. Still have another yard to do and this other one you can't even see the grass under the leaves!!
