Love my little autumnal button - another one please for Tuesday. Took DD and DGS to the pool and was able to sneak off to do some serious swimming.

Pretty chart! Love the leaves:) Hm, if I want to see lots of leaves, I need to get my behind in gear, right?! NOthing for me on Tuesday and it doesn't look promising today either. I have Mom coming in town this evening, the kids and I are working (slowly) on pumpkin pies for tomorrow and the freezer, and I HAVE to make dinner tonight. Too many excuses and takeout in the last week.

I do hope to get in a 20 minute (or longer) ab workout this evening around boy bedtime.

I so need to get back into this. I totally fell off the wagon during the summer holidays and I havne't been able to get back into it.

Today I did nothing!! isn't that terrible!! I did work out tues and Wed only!! wasn't all that motivated this week to keep going!!

Wednesday and Thursday - nothing I'm afraid. I did a lot of chasing around for friends and family done on those days but that hardly counts. Yesterday I walked to my class (30 -35 mins) and got off the bus early on the way home.

Had a hard week with Lauren, I've hardly done anything. This is what I have done.

Friday, lots of walking at the hospital, a good 30 mins back and forth between departments.
Saturday, walked Ben to respite.
Sunday, brisk walk to the shops, just about 20 mins.

Should get plenty in tomorrow, back to the hospital with Lauren.

OK -- I am back from Thanksgiving vacation. We had a great weekend, but I am glad to be home safe and sound. :)

Anyway, here is the recap of my workouts:
Monday (19th): A big fat ZERO
Tuesday: Dojo
Wednesday: Dojo
Thursday: 1.5 hour hike
Friday: 1 hour hike
Saturday: 1/2 hour walk
Sunday: Nothing

Yesterday I raked the leaves took an hour and I only did one yard. Still have another yard to do and this other one you can't even see the grass under the leaves!!

Not good for me over the weekend. Bad weather plus feeling under par with a cold meant nothing got done on Saturday or Sunday. Today just a short walk to the supermarket today.
