Back With Another Finished Project :) Family Birthday Design

Hey All,

My wife and I were working on a Christmas Birthdays wall setup similar to what you see on Pintrest. We said we wanted to do one for my Dad all year long so today we broke out the Cricut and scrapbook bin and got at it. <lol>
After an entire day (small town didn't have everything we needed so too much running around) we have it done.

Check it out I think you will like it.

Some the work we did was :

- Regular 36" header board from walmart ($10)
- Paint for FAMILY letters ($4)
- FAMILY letters ($7 for all)
- Ribbon to attach the name plates ($3)
- Scrap Book Paper I already had
- Cricut I already had to cut the shapes for name plates
- Cut a demo sheet, scanned to the computer in photoshop and then created the Names, Birthdays and Stars on each, printed, and then cut on the cricut
- Hole Punch and push buttons to attach name plates ($8)

That was pretty much it, I had to buy more than your average scrapper but now it stays in the tickle trunk.

Love it! It looks great. What a neat way to keep track of family birthdays.

My Gallery I scrap with Photoshop CS6, but can help with older versions: PS7, CS2 & CS4.

{Update} the White MDF is difficult to glue the lables for the month too... I'm in process to address but the next ones I make will be from Wood, and then stain/paint it and glue the lables on alot easier. The MDF is too slick (Anyone have a good glue for that type of material?
