I set my screen saver to the Picasa option and chose a few of my digital layout folders (family, art, journal pages). What fun it's been when I sit down at the computer to see a layout or two I'd done months ago - that I might otherwise never look at again. I am finding new inspiration just looking at old stuff! Just thought i'd share. If you don't do so often, take some time to scroll back through your projects (especially through a slide show or similar option).
(The only thing I don't like is if I have info in EXIF, it shows up on screen too - blah, but oh well!)

Great idea, Dianne! I do something similar for my desktop backgrounds, but I never thought to use them as a screensaver, too. As for the EXIF info, you should be able to turn that off. In Picasa itself, I just turn off captions.

I don't use picasa to do it, but I do have my scrapbook pages folder as my screen saver.... I really do need to move my screen shot folder out of it though.

That IS a great idea, Dianne! I don't look at old layouts often enough and turning Picasa on sounds like a fun idea! Thanks for sharing!

I have this year's layouts as my screensaver and really enjoy watching it.I use built in windows saver and I think it just one folder and because of my filing structure I don't think I can see all my layouts. Another reason to try picasa again?

That is a good idea! And the windows screen directory is another one.
