Adopting The Community Of Newtown, Ct

Some of you may have seen this post on my Facebook page. I am posting it here, also, because I think the idea is wonderful, and it sounds like something our ScrapGirls' community would do. If you want to send a letter supporting the community at large, the parents, teachers, pastors & rabbis, families and citizens of Newtown, the address to send to is:

I'm sure the other faith communities in Newtown would also appreciate this outreach; perhaps someone else can provide additional addresses.

I believe this has affected everyone--and maybe a bit more to those of us who are or were first grade teachers.
I still have tears when I hear anything about what happened to everyone in that school.
