Wednesday - 30 minutes done.

Remember my message about ab workouts when Conda asked for our favs? And how we kinda said, why on earth would anyone want to do "Killer Abs" with Jillian? ;)
Yeah, well, I saw it and bought it the other day and just did level 1 tonight. The ab moves are hard, but there's not nearly as much cardio (namely, I am not huffing and puffing and taking 10 million breaks) like in 6 Week 6 Pack. I AM, however, more than a little frightened of what level 3 is going to be like...

My obliques are NOT going to be happy in the morning...

Didn't get any exercising done on Wednesday. I was just too busy and too tired! I did, however, go to bed by 9:15... that felt nice :)

I did level one 6 week 6 pack this morning.......send the troups in if you don't see me again for a few days. It was tough, and right now, my thighs are screaming more than my abs...I'm sure that will come later!! LOL Thanks for the input on killer abs!!

I finally made it to the gym. I woke up and said today was the day! I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes in the sauna as a reward.

I had just gotten to the gym, and into the Women's area when the fire alarm went off! It was just a test, but they didn't know it until everyone was out. I'm so glad I wasn't in the middle of my workout!!

Great workout today! Three mile walk around our neighborhood with a friend that I haven't seen in a while. When you live on a hill, there are bound to be some ups and downs!

Thanks, Carla! I do feel like I'm making some progress here. I don't have a scale...I have pants..they either fit comfortably or they don't. They're getting better!

OY!!!!

Friday is done!! Did the 6w6p again. I probably shouldn't admit this...but...well....my arm pits sore. I am dead serious.

I just cannot do those side plank crunches...shoot...I can barely do a side plank! Just something about it. I guess it has to do with my lower back issues...something to work on.

Friday done...lower body and some treadmill

You all are doing so good...key is just keep moving. For me the scales haven't moved for about a year (except back n forth within the same 5lbs) but I can tell a difference in my clothes now. So remember it's not all about the numbers on the scale, it's about making yourself a healthier you..the rest will come.

So i'm debating on starting p90x on Monday. I have a friend who's going to do it and I told her I would think about it. It kind of scares me though..ugh!!

Oh...I know you can do it!! You can always try, and if it doesn't work for you...go back to something else!!

I wish I could say there's been some changes since I saw you all last, but there really hasn't (maybe just longer, darker hair...to cover up the grey..lol) But I have decided to start p90x, I look at day one and see a ton of pushups in there UGH!!!!
