Yeah, well, I saw it and bought it the other day and just did level 1 tonight. The ab moves are hard, but there's not nearly as much cardio (namely, I am not huffing and puffing and taking 10 million breaks) like in 6 Week 6 Pack. I AM, however, more than a little frightened of what level 3 is going to be like...
My obliques are NOT going to be happy in the morning...
