Well, I slacked off yesterday, spent 4 hours exercising my brain at the bridge table. But I made up for lost time today: a two hour walk in the snow/ice at 25 degrees with my friend/taskmaster. I thought we were pretty impressive until we came across the gal on the bicycle...yes, in the snow! Outdoors folk around here take it seriously. And, yes, I do have pictures!

I took a long leisurely walk on the beach today (Saturday). Since I was moving my body I'm counting it :) And I had to use the potty BAD on the way back so the return trip to the car wasn't so leisurely... I was downright speedy! LOL.

Monday done...got a mile on the treadmill to warm up and then day 1 of P90X. Now I may never be able to move my arms again and if I hear the word "pushup" I may just puke..lol but it's done!

2 miles on the treadmill (walk/run intervals) and 4 miles on the bike today (Monday). Good 45 minute workout :)/>

Monday done! Did circuit training while watching Biggest Loser. Each commercial break I did another type of exercise.. crunches, pushups, burpees, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, turbojam punches, etc. I tried to not work the same body part 2 breaks in a row. After 10 commercial breaks, I'm dead.

Oooh, I know that sore arm pit thing:( That's from the lateral (sides) of the pec muscles and perhaps the anterior deltoids (front top of shoulders) from ALL THOSE plank moves. Ugh...

I myself have been very, very bad lately. I have been taking little naps in the afternoon instead of exercising. Perhaps I should try going to bed earlier in the evening instead?! The only good thing is, sometimes William (4) will snuggle with me and fall asleep too, which is good. He rarely if ever naps anymore and he's been grumpy in the afternoons lately.

Yeah..no pull ups for me (at least not yet) I do the modified version with the bands, but man you do feel it. A plus side is he's entertaining to listen to..lol

Now me yelling at you, you can do it to! Look at what you did last time you were on track. I hate that it's so easy to fall off track and even harder to get back on. And if your like me, you know you feel 100% better when you are working out/eating right. Ugh..who made this so hard? But you can do it, baby steps...just a bit at a time working your way back up to what you were doing before.

Oh yeah, that'll definitely do it with the bands! I've done them that way also. He's very entertaining, lol - I can probably tell you all his jokes word for word by now, hahahahahah (and they are still funny;)

I really, REALLY like your improvised circuit idea:) Functional exercise that can be done virtually anywhere, without a bunch of expensive equipment or gym membership - can't beat that!
