Thursday - I swam 1/2 mile! I've never done that before. It was SUCH a great workout. It took me about 30 minutes and it was the most relaxing, rejuvenating workout ever. I didn't realize how much I missed being in the water after practically living at the beach in Hawaii. But I've never really been a swimming pool girl, so swimming laps was a whole new experience, and I LOVED it. I think I'm going to incorporate swimming once a week in my workout plan going forward

LOL Conda - I agree, though - my body is not made to be up that early at all, let alone exercising at 5am.
