WOO-HOO!!! Thursday is done, but the best part is that the barred owl was out and posing for photos! I ALMOST went without my camera, but at the last minute decided you just never know what great shots you might get. Layouts soon!

I've had a rough week. So frustrating to have a few killer weeks and then such a lame one
I wish I could figure out how to be more consistent and not have such extreme swings in my behaviors. Blah.
Anyway, Monday I did some stretching and yoga. Thursday I did a little over a mile on the treadmill and 4 miles on the stationary bike.

Thursday, BC2 and 30 minutes on the treadmill
Friday 30 minutes on the treadmill-did something to the back yesterday, so I'm taking it easy!
(on hold for tech support for iFit...maybe I can get it all set up today???)
