Do the videos on Elements cover PSE 11?  I have heard it is somewhat different from the others. Any advice on best place to learn Elements 11 is appreciated

Go to the Adobe website. They have plenty of videos on PSE11. Also try Photoshop Elements Magazine. That is a great source of information on PSE and I get their magazine every couple of months. Their most recent magazine is January/February 2013.

Good advice from Carol. The Secrets viideos are for lower versions of PS and PSE.
