I bought PSE 11 last year during the sales, but haven't used it until I get a Mac. It has software for both PC and MAC. How much of a problem, if any, will I have when I get a MAC and put it on there (registration-wise)? Do you know if it matters to Adobe if I switch it to a Mac from a PC? I'm happy with Vs 10, but would like to use vs 11.

I can't say for certain Jean but when I looked into switching from desktop to laptop I read up on it and the program is licensed to be on 1 of each... if you deactivate it from the non Apple when you load it on the Apple it should be fine if they are both laptop/desktop... long as you only use it on ONE laptop or desktop at a time I don't think they care. Any one else? :-)

I don't use MAC, but I have PSE11 on both my desktop and laptop. Never had a problem. Of course, I don't use both at the same time as my desktop died around the beginning of December 2012. So I'm using my laptop now, until I can get a new desktop.

Since PSE ships with both platforms, there shouldn't be any problem at all. PS and the other CS programs are platform specific. What you have to do is download the form verifying destruction of the old version and you can get the other platform, but only for the most recent version. If you don't have a currently supported version, you have to pay for the upgrade. But again, PSE and Lightroom come ready for both platforms and its no problem at all.

Absolutely nothing. You won't have a problem.
