Monday - nothing. I planned to do some digging but the weather is wet wet wet.
Tuesday - cleaning the laminate floors on my hands and knees with a wet cloth is the best I can offer, hope it's acceptable
Wednesday - a much better day. Two brisk walks of at least 15 minutes each.

and I also want to get back into walking and hopefully by summer bike riding some.
So I have printed out a scedule to follow and see how it goes. I figure when I was on this group before I felt accountable and I know we all encourage eachother. I can't believe how small the group is this month but was so glad to still see it going!!

I'm sorry I didn't update the chart yesterday. I took a day off from the computer (except to print and cut valentine cards for the kids). I'll update it tonight!

Thursday, Friday and Saturday done...all treadmill with one day abs too!
Monday, BC2 is complete. My treadmill seems to be occupied...so that will have to come later today.

The accountability helps so much!! (when I remember to check in!!) Great to see you getting back on track. Life gets in the way so often...
