so yesterday I did 44 mins of yoga. I'm following a video I pvr'd from tv called namestea(sp?)
Today I did 22 mins of Yoga and 15 mins of walking for a total of 37 mins for today.

Cross-country skiing is something I'd like to try. Kind of far to drive to the snow though.

it was 10 min of yoga! LOL Thought it's ok today is my yoga/walk day.
well I woke up feeling so sick. So today is a rest day!!
