Got an extra walk in yesterday, there was too much snow to safely drive to the next village to collect Kiahna from nursery, so I walked it. Can you plug a hole please Carla.

Walked to get some bread today, yes I know I was going to start making my own, but life keeps getting in the way!

Thursday is done...but it wasn't pretty!!

I did 6w6p level 2...I quit after I dropped the weight the second time...before I hurt myself. I guess I was just "off" this morning. Then, I talked myself into getting on the treadmill...it quit while I was going down the road....I took that as a sign.

Something is better than nothing...RIGHT???

Thursday done-30 on the elliptical. I'm getting faster and burning more calories, so I think it's time to up the resistance!

LOL...Conda you can come over here today. I've found that one of the side effects to the medicine i'm on is "emotional" days. We're talking, the boys could come in and say "morning mom" and I would just start crying...lol It's not pretty. The last time I had this was the first part of January, but today seems to be one of those days. Luckily it's not a weight day, so I decided to walk on the treadmill..and out of no where tears. UGH!

I did get my 20min in this morning, so Thursday is done. The boys only have a 1/2 day today and it's suppose to be nice out..so maybe we'll go on a walk this afternoon

Indeed, that was a sign for sure. Good for you for listening to it!
I did level 3 of Killer Abs for the first time last night. It's not nearly as cardio focused as 6 Week 6 Pack. There are quite a lot of balance type moves and twisting spine moves including one nearly impossible one that made me dizzy, lol. I was still a little "off" in the balance department an hour later (but then I have a cold and some congestion, so it may just be from that rather than from the exercise itself alone).

conda what a sign?!?!?!?!

today i was feeling better. I think I have a sinus cold. so turning my head down hurts like heck but If I stay upright i'm fine. So ithought I would try some bolly dancing. It was fun and what a work out.
so I did 1/2 hour of that!!

This has been a VERY hard week for me for some reason. But I dragged myself to the gym first thing this morning with the intention of doing a nice, long workout. Only to get 1 1/2 miles done on the treadmill and have a giant hole split open on the inner thigh seam of my workout pants and start rubbing the heck out of my leg so I had to abandon the long workout. Thank goodness I got a good sweaty walk/run done before the pants gave out. These pants have been to 14 races in 14 months. They've served me well I guess LOL. I'm sad to have to find another pair that I'm as comfortable in as these though. Boooo!!!

So, Thursday Friday done. Whew.

I got some exercise in today - a 30 minute walk into town. Still walking with a bit of a kink in my back but I think it'll be OK from now on.

Saturday was fairly leisurely but hubby and I went walking at Bayou Sauvage on the boardwalk for about an hour. It was lovely :) (And I took it slowly enough that I didn't further irritate the tender skin that I hurt yesterday with the whole split-seam-but-kept-running debacle LOL)

Saturday - walked three miles and made up for Thursday by doing some serious house cleaning (really, it burned more calories than the walk).
Sunday - 3 mile run/walk.
