Walked to get some bread today, yes I know I was going to start making my own, but life keeps getting in the way!

I did 6w6p level 2...I quit after I dropped the weight the second time...before I hurt myself. I guess I was just "off" this morning. Then, I talked myself into getting on the treadmill...it quit while I was going down the road....I took that as a sign.
Something is better than nothing...RIGHT???

I did get my 20min in this morning, so Thursday is done. The boys only have a 1/2 day today and it's suppose to be nice out..so maybe we'll go on a walk this afternoon

Indeed, that was a sign for sure. Good for you for listening to it!
I did level 3 of Killer Abs for the first time last night. It's not nearly as cardio focused as 6 Week 6 Pack. There are quite a lot of balance type moves and twisting spine moves including one nearly impossible one that made me dizzy, lol. I was still a little "off" in the balance department an hour later (but then I have a cold and some congestion, so it may just be from that rather than from the exercise itself alone).

today i was feeling better. I think I have a sinus cold. so turning my head down hurts like heck but If I stay upright i'm fine. So ithought I would try some bolly dancing. It was fun and what a work out.
so I did 1/2 hour of that!!
