Every person want to build his muscles and get an ideal body shape to be attractive and prominent among the other.
For this muscles gaining different people do different activities, some do body building, weight workout, some do cardio workout, some others use muscles gaining supplements and steroids.
In my opinion taking the healthy and balanced diet along with regular cardio and weight exercise is a good plan for the muscles building.
