Ok..so I am so tired of the snow. This is what I get to look at while sitting in my office this morning. And letting the dogs out. Forget it. Poor Ginger (who's a basset) keeps getting lost in the drifts. Then Diesel (our mastiff) went out and there are spots the drifts are so high that it comes up to his belly.

We've got a few more hours of this, and then I heard a nasty rumor that we may get a few more inches tomorrow morning.

The ONLY plus is the snow is still piled up on both sides of our driveway from last weeks storm and the wind is blowing in just the right direction that our driveway really isn't that bad. So i'll get a little exercise later today shoveling.

That's a respectable storm, alright. Glad the wind is working in your favor at least. Stay warm.

I just sent Colby out back in our yard, there's drifts knee high out there. It's all pretty and stuff, but I would be happy if the sun came out tomorrow and melted all of it

Wow, that's a lot! I love a good snow storm, but once it's done snowing, let the sun come out and make it all disappear! Glad the driveway isn't too bad.

Omg, that's an awful lot of stone, I assume this is your office at home as I think you might get lost if you go out in it lol

I think i'm done for the day. Went out and played with the dogs...they had a blast. Then spent 3 hours shoveling the driveway. It was worse than I thought. There was a portion that was to my knees and most of the rest about 1/2 way to my knee, at least 8 inches of wet snow. Thank goodness for all the working out i've been doing, but i'm sure I won't be able to move tomorrow

We're expecting to get hit today. I'm just here joining the "official I hate snow thread." I'm hoping our temps keep up so that it's not too bad, so far, it's rain, but I'm sure overnight we'll get some accumulation. Now that I drive to an office every day, it's even less fun.

Stay warm, hope it quits for you soon (and I hope it hits further south than they're predicting for us)!

OMG Angie, that is some SERIOUS snow.
I would not be able to deal with that at all so you are very brave in my eyes just for being able to look at that without collapsing in a heap.

If I could, I would send you our heat, and it would melt that snow in a tick.

stay warm, stay safe, stay sane!!

Wow! It looks beautiful but I would never want to have to shovel that much. Luckily it went north of St. Louis, but we might get some tomorrow.

That's a lot of snow. Knock on wood but we've been rather lucky here in SW PA this year. There have been winters though . . . in which my 16# boston terrier refused to go off the porch to do his business. Hope you get a hot shower and maybe knock down a tylenol or something to help with the soreness from all that shoveling. Enjoy and stay safe!

Oh gosh I hope you are warm and staying safe now Angie. So sorry for all that snow. It's been raining and raining and raining all night in NJ and I keep thinking -- but for a few less degrees................
Take care.

Wow, Ang! Rich would give anything if that were our view! His snowblower has been geared up, gassed up, and ready to go for months and he hasn't gotten to use it yet - shall I send him your way?

Yeah, I thought I hated snow yesterday, I'm officially over it today. Woke up to 3 new inches, and it's still snowing. Very lightly...but still coming down. LOL

It's always pretty to look at for a little while, but not 24/7. Don't miss it at all. Back in 2010 we actually received 13 inches of snow - IN TEXAS! Talk about thinking when h*** freezes over lol! We have a border collie and she wanted to play catch with her Frisbee! It was hilarious to see her trying to get to where the frisbee landed. Stay Warm!
