I'm totally MIA this week. I've been miserable sick with a sinus something-or-other and a nasty persistent cough. I'm so stubborn and keep thinking it's clearing up only to have it slam me hard again, but I'm finally breaking down and going to the doctor today. Hope to be back to "shredding" on Monday!

Friday done...35 minutes on the elliptical. It was another "I'll just go until I hit this amount of calories, now this distance, now this time"...and finally said enough!

I agree, the chart is fantastic! I managed to get in 9 holes today before the weather front came through and almost blew us off the course! That's about two hours of walking.

I have not been very active on Spring Break, but the kiddos go back to school Monday and I look forward to getting back to a regular schedule.

I spent 12 hours sitting in a room at the children's hospital today.... guess that doesn't count for anything.
I did get a quilt (that has been waiting for about 2 years for a binding) all finished up.
I took my laptop, but Thomas was feeling so much better after the first treatment, he played on it the rest of the day. There wasn't much else to do there. The neurologist pronounced him the healthiest kid in the hospital.
So, I'm trying to work up the ambition to tackle some Chalean before I go to bed.
