Trying to use COL SS Action StitchnHoles for PSE. The directions say that you can determine the color of the stitches by making the foreground the color you want the stitches to be. I do that, but the stitches come out the same color as the paper they are on and when the action completes the foreground color is black. I am using PSE 11. What am I doing wrong? I am pretty sure I used this action before and it worked perfectly but it could have been before I upgraded to PSE 11. Could that be the problem?

Hi Karen,

I just tried the action in PSE 11 and it worked fine for me. I'm not sure what may be causing the problem. Maybe someone else will come along with some helpful information for you.

Teresa - did you start the action on its own layer or directly on the paper layer? I did it both ways and it came out the same both ways.

Hmmm, I've tried both ways and get the same results - the stitches show in whatever color I have chosen for the foreground color. Seems to be working fine for me.

I was thinking you may want to send a PM to Cherise - maybe she can help you figure it out.
