i am sure somewhere along the way i inadvertently clicked on something and changed something. used to be when i would drag a 12x12 paper onto a 12x12 layout it covered the whole page. now all the pages even though on their own they are 12x12 when drug (is that a word?) onto another layout all show up as 10x10. at first i thought scrapgirls changed the size. then i realized it did this with all papers. open on their own they measure 12x12 but when added as another layer they shrink.

I hate when seemingly random things like this happen! Usually it's a quick fix, though. The first thought I had is to check the size of your new document that you're dragging the paper onto. If it's larger than 12x12 at 300dpi, then the papers from Scrap Girls will show up smaller whenever you up them on top, since that is their default size. So first check your document size to make sure it's 12x12 and 300dpi.

good lord, it was the dpi. not sure why i ever changed that. thanks so so much. my head is squishy from beating it against the wall!
