Get your fingers and keyboards ready. Warm up your imaginations. Here is the beginning of the story: (THANKS! again, Charlotte.)

You know this has been coming, Sally thought to herself as she pulled on her pink boots. You’ve been training and training and today is the day. She carefully fitted her tiara onto her head. But somehow this isn’t any less nerve-wracking. Sally went to her bedroom window and looked out. In the pre-dawn light, she could see a black cloud festering at the edge of the city. The Mojo-sucker-minions looked like a simple rain cloud from a distance, but Sally knew better. She had to defend Scrap City from the approaching creativity-sapping storm.

Her first day as a super hero was dawning and so was her first day with an arch nemesis. An arch nemesis that would be arriving shortly— and Nomojo was not going to go easy on her because she was new to this super hero thing.

Alright, all suited up and—” Sally was interrupted by the KA-POW of her door slamming open…

"Breakfast! You can't face Nomojo without some good ol' oatmeal!"

Sally grimmaced ever so slightly before she pasted on a smile. "Yum, thanks, Mom."

The two headed down the stairs to the kitchen, where a bowl of steaming oatmeal awaited. Sally gave it a wary look as she slid into her chair. Sometimes oatmeal was ok, but unfortunately, Sally's mom had a tendancy to make it a tad bit goopy. Sally scooped up a spoonful. It came away from the rest of the mass with a loud sucking pop, almost lifting the bowl from the table. "Here goes nothin'", she thought.

Sally looked everywhere for her cape - it was nowhere to be found! The cape shouldn't be so hard to find with all of the sequins and sparkles sewn on that purple cape. She went from room to room looking and just happened to look out her window and there she saw the sequins glittering from the sun - but, oh, no! Someone was wearing the cape - her cape! She looked a little closer and saw...................

It was her baby sister Lia. How often had she told her to stay out of her room and to not wear her clothes. She had been very stern about this when it came to the cape. She wondered how long she had been wearing it and if the transformation had already begun. The last thing she needed right now was to have to deal with one more problem. She yelled down to her sister

Her cat, snip, was sitting on the bed looking down at her puppy, scraps. Snip had some purple threads on her paw. Hmmm. Scraps let out a tiny yap. He was sitting next to something pink on the floor. Aha! It was Lia's cape! She must have seen Sally's sequined cape and decided to try it on, not realizing it was a real cape and not a dress up one! There was a way to reverse the transformation in the book... but where did she put the book? Snip regarded Sally with mild distain as she started rummaging through piles of papers on the desk. It had to be here somewhere...

Sally needed to find that book quickly. She knew that as a new super hero she could use a sidekick but Lia was her baby sister and not up for the job. As Sally continued her frantic search of the desk, Snip began to meow loudly and paw at something under a pile of pillows on the bed. The book, Snip had found the book. Sally closed the distance between the desk and her bed in super hero time. Speed was one of her super powers. She located the passage on transformation in no time and carefully began reading. She could stop the transformation and return her focus to the Mojo-sucker minions by

...No! she gasped. It couldn't be that! Saving Scrap City from the Mojo-sucker minions was important. But how could she do THAT to her baby sister? She is so innocent, so undefiled, so (she had to admit) sweet. How could she go against all her scruples, her compassion, and her family convictions and make her baby sister do this. But if she didn't, the transformation would be completed with no turning back. Sally knew what she had to do. She went to the kitchen, got a large spoon, plunged it deeply into her now-cold bowl of gloppy oatmeal and headed toward her sister.

But Sally knew what she must do. Somehow she must convince Lia to take 3 bites of her mom's gloppy oatmeal, that is the only way to stop the transformation. But how is she going to do this Lia HATES oatmeal. There must be some other way, so Sally put on her thinking cap desperate to find something else before she makes her sister eat the oatmeal.

Sally had a sudden thought. The book just said that the transformation could be stopped by eating 3 bites of oatmeal within 24 hours of wearing the cape. It did not specify how the oatmeal should be cooked. Yesterday her Mom had made oatmeal cookies. Lia loved cookies, even those made with oatmeal. The cookies were in a jar on the kitchen counter. Sally grabbed her sisters arm and ......

she suddenly found herself whooshed straight out of her Mother's kitchen. "OH no" Sally thought. "HOW am I EVER going to defend ScrapCity from the approaching Mojo-sucker-minions? And how can I find my arch-nemesis Nomojo if I don't even know where I am?"

"A-ha" she heard from behind her. "I see we finally meet". Sally jumped and turned around and saw......

the big metal spoon filled with gloppy oatmeal still clutched in her hand. If it could reverse the transformation, surely it could do something to Nomojo, couldn't it? She swung the spoon towards her arch enemy, gritting her teeth, filled with determination to...

While Sally faced her archnemisis, Lia sat down in a kitchen chair and began to cry. She knew something was wrong with Sally. She had suddenly disappeared and after all she had promised her cookies. Sally always kept her promises. In an attempt to console her Mom poured her a glass of milk and handed her three oatmeal cookies. As Lia finally quit crying and began to eat her cookies Sally .....

...noticed she still didn't have her cape on. No wonder she was feeling a little off-kilter. What good are pink go-go boots and a tiara if she didn't have the cape? She mustered all her strength lifting the oatmeal-laden spoon. With the precision of the Edge It Action on a selected object in PSE, Sally catapulted the enormous mass of oatmeal from the spoon directly into the eye holes of the sinister sucker's mask.

Out of nowhere, Snip was there at her side! But how? She smiled at Sally... a strange cat-grin. Sally noticed the purple threads still loosely strung around Snip's paws...

"C'mon, Sally!" Snip meowed. She led the way in a blur of fur - POOF!

Sally zoomed after her and suddenly found herself...

Flying. For the first time since she discovered the superheroine business, she realized the immense powers she now wielded. It wasn't just about tiaras, go-go boots and sparkly capes, although those helped because let's face it she looked amazing and the reflection off the sun off the glitter of the cape made her look almost luminescent.

Her confusion mounted though as to Snip's ability to fly as well but before she could contemplate that further, she whirled around, slightly clumsily, still not used to these new abilities and spotted Nomojo. The thick, gelatinous oatmeal had only held him for so long.

Snip spoke before she had a chance to register exactly where Nomojo was headed. He apparently hadn't locked on to her location. "Sally, I know a place. Follow me."

Snip showed Sally to the local library in the scrapping section. Apparently when you pick up the book, "scrapbooking for dummies", a secret compartment opens up. Inside, Sally was amazed to find a Super Hero's hideout. As she was looking around...

Hmmm, Sally thought, wow, Snip may have found the clue to getting Nomojo to disappear for good. "I can't believe that is the secret", Sally said to Snip...when all of a sudden the librarian tapped on her shoulder to tell her the library was closing in 5 minutes!

At the same time back in Scrap City Sally's Mom was getting worried. She had eventually stopped Lia's crying with 6 cookies and 2 glasses of milk. Sally and Snip had disappeared without a trace. Sally's Mom, Shirley understood Sally's obsession with the super hero thing but even she was not convinced it was anything more than a childhood fantasy. Soon their Dad, Sam would be home. He had no understanding for his daughter's fantasy. Shirley wondered how she could explain Sally's absence ......

The librarian walked away and Snip slapped her paw on the page. "This is it, Sally! We can use this mask to hide ourselves!"

Sally thought a moment, "But couldn't that be a way to get rid of Nomojo too?"

Snip grumbled a bit, "That isn't a permanent fix, Sally. We will have to find a way to make a clean extraction and delete him before he manages to clone himself some more. Didn't you ever wonder how he got all of his minions?" Snip cast a worried glance at the clock. "C'mon, Sally, follow the directions and let's make ourselves scarce, I don't have too many more of my nine lives to spare!"

Sally, still amazed that Snip was actually talking to her, tried to focus on the page in the book in front of her. But for some reason she didn't need the book to tell her what to do. She was surprised to find that not only did she possess the superability to fly, but she now had SUPER SCRAPPING SKILLS. Instantaneously, her tiara diamond beamed a holographic screen in front of her. With lightning speed she created two Layer Masks: one for herself, the other for her feline sidekick. She clipped a mask to each of them, then grabbed a large round brush, set the color to black ("Black conceals, white reveals!" she heard ringing in her head) and brushed them into apparent invisibility. The Dynamic Brushed Duo were now ready to take on Nomojo. They set off to FIND and DELETE the crusty creativity crusher!

"SAAAAAAAAALYYYYYYY!" her mother's voice sang out from the tiara. "You have a visitor. He says his name is O.J. OMON and is a friend of yours. What a polite boy he is. And so handsome too." Sally thought for a moment. Her mother was always hoping she'd find a handsome young man for her to settle down with. But Sally didn't have a friend named O.J. OMON. She had a friends DJ, PJ, and TJ but no O.J. She notice the hair on Snip's back stand up and his tail swell to three times it's usual size. "O.J. OMON, my paw!" Snip hissed. "He's no friend. Spell that name backward, Sally, and you get.....NOMOJO!!!" Now the hair on Sally's arms was standing up too. Nomojo must have done some significant self-editing and embellishment, transforming himself into something he DEFINiTELY was not. And now he was at her house! "We know where he is NOW, Snip," Sally grinned. "This is our chance!"

In a flash, the tiara zapped them to Sally's house. In one fluid motion, Sally dropped the opacity and she and Snip appeared in front of Nomojo. "Quick, Sally! The lasso tool!" Snip yeowled.

In confusion Sally's mom looked at the talking cat and her oh-so-sparkly-suddenly-there daughter. Meanwhile, Sally used her tiara and went to work with the lasso tool - roping that pesky Nomojo in marching ants and...

for the minion the only thing Sam heard was the distressed voice of his daughter. He flew past the minion with super hero speed and found himself in Lia's room. Now Sam found himself confused. How did he get here so quickly and what was this strange feeling of power. He scooped up Lia and faced .........

Donned the cape there was a great surge of light that filled the room. WOW! Even Snip blinked against the brightness. Nomojo was desperately trying to lower the opacity of the blackness, but Sally's newfound power was proving to be too much for him!
