Hi there,

I purchased some beautiful products last month and finally started unzipping them but when I went to unzip an alpha file from a biggie collection it says this zipped file is empty. What can I do to get it back?

TIA
Nicole

firstly try downloading again. Go to my account in the boutique, and then purchase history. If you are still within the time limit, you can download again from here.

If you are past the download time, or the file is empty again, contact Angie, hello@scrapgirls.com, and she will be able to help you.

Hi Nicole.

If that doesn't work, try moving the file to your desktop and unzipping it there. Sometimes the file names are too long and I find that I can't unzip them in my SG folder. Once I open it on the desktop I can move the folder/file back to my preferred destination and it works fine from there.

HTH!
