Nicole1970 Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 Hi there, I purchased some beautiful products last month and finally started unzipping them but when I went to unzip an alpha file from a biggie collection it says this zipped file is empty. If you are still within the time limit, you can download again from here. PolkaDot Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 Hi Nicole. If that doesn't work, try moving the file to your desktop and unzipping it there. Sometimes the file names are too long and I find that I can't unzip them in my SG folder. Once I open it on the desktop I can move the folder/file back to my preferred destination and it works fine from there. HTH! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
